The use of Accutane, Retin-A, AHA, BHA, stretch mark, acne medications, etc. is known to cause the skin cells to exfoliate at a faster pace causing the layer of the epidermis to be thinner. We do not recommend any type of facial waxing if you are using any of these medications or have a known allergic reaction to resin. For those with rosacea, severe sunburn, or acute acne, refrain from receiving waxing treatments.
